As we celebrate the 4th of July in a few days, I would like to talk a little about this country we call America. Over the last 10 years or so, there has been a rift or separation in our beloved country. It seems the most important things are money, power and control. Both political parties are fighting it out no matter what the cost.
Last week The Supreme Court released some rulings that could change the course of this country. I applaud the Court for upholding the Constitution. Maybe I don’t agree with all that is said, but that’s okay, it’s their interpretation of The Constitution. Anyone trying to intimidate these justices with threats and protest is completely in the wrong. Remember all of these judges have been appointed by our Presidents and approved by the people you elected in Congress.
It Seems like, if you disagree with someone, it’s okay to do whatever you want to change their mind. Even if it’s against the law. You are not allowed to disagree with those in power. Remember the people in power does not always represent the majority of Americans and may only be interested in their own agenda.
The United States of America is in trouble! We are being attacked daily. America’s values are being destroyed! Those in power are taking away our rights and freedoms and trying to install their agenda in our Lives. I hear people say, “Our country is becoming a 2-party system. That is an upper class (Rich) and the lower Class (Poor) citizens.” I disagree… it’s becoming a party of those in power with their supporter and then a party of everyone else who disagrees with their agenda.
I’m afraid, unless things change, we will see the fall of our nation. Today’s attacks will come from the inside of our country. Domestic Terrorism is defined as violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals stemming from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.
Our enemies attack us by trying to divide us. Unfortunately, they have been pretty successful. The issues that separate our country include Gun policies, open boarders, abortions, and the war in Ukraine just to name a few. The Bible warns about this in Matthew 12:25 “Any kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and any city or house divided against itself will not stand.”
The Capitalistic way of life that we are used to is in jeopardy. Now most colleges teach that socialism is the best form of government. What’s really scary is that it is a part of the Burnie Sanders and Democratic platform. It’s hard to believe people are falling for their lies and promises. The ideals of socialized government may sound good…But it doesn’t Work. Research for yourself what has happened to Venezuela since they voted to have a socialized government. They went from one of the most prosperous nations in the world to a very poor nation in less than 10 years. In this country you find food shortages, contaminated water, a high population of homeless, and loss of individualism and freedoms. After that, look at China… their socialized communist government has taken away all rights and freedoms of their citizens. Their government tells them how and where to live, work, what to read, and how many children they are allowed to have. If you protest or speak against the government or leadership, they arrest and send you to prison. Don’t forget countries like Russia and N. Korea.
Remember your research, when you hear people pushing a socialized government agenda. They will use everything under their power to convince you they are right. Open your eyes, ask why and don’t believe everything you’re told. Please research it yourself.
What’s their agenda? My friend… It’s all about the money, power and control. You are being used by those who care nothing about your freedoms or this country. Anything or anyone who stands in the way of their agenda, they want to either remove or destroyed. An example of this is Donld Trump… He is still being attacked everyday by the party in power because he would not go along with their agenda. Remember this, if you do not agree with this group, you are in the wrong…
Our freedom stands in the way of socialism and the New World Order. The socialist agenda is to take away your freedoms and make you totally reliant on the government. Are you ready to give up your freedom? Freedom of speech, right to bear arms, freedom of religion just to name a few.
So, what’s the answer? This is what God says.
First – Love. We can pass thousands of laws to stop racism, gun violence, abortions etc. We know that this does not work! Do you really think the person who is going to commit a mass murder is going to say, wait a minute, this is against the law, and I’m not going to do it? Can laws change a person’s actions or beliefs? Be real, I don’t think so. The Bible has the answer, In Mark 12:31 says “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” It says to LOVE. We all have heard of the Golden Rule, to treat others as you want to be treated. If we want real and permanent change this is the first step.
Second – Put God back in this country. This country was founded on religious freedom and our Constitution and laws are based on God’s Word. I saw this on a church sign the other day… How true it is.
Our America was born on July 4th 1776…
Today, America needs to be born again…
Third – Vote – It’s time for the silent majority to speak up! Within a few months or so, we will elect many representatives and congressional seats for both state and federal governments. If you are unhappy about the way this country is heading, please vote. May I ask one favor from you? Please research and vote for the candidates that best represent your wants and needs.
To make this country better, it starts with us loving each other. God showed us the ultimate way to love. John 3:16 says, For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. God gave His Son to die for our mistakes and give us eternal life with Him.
To have this love you need to know God. So, here’s my question, how’s your relationship with God? There is no better time than the present to get or renew your relationship with God. Just take a moment right now and dedicate yourself to Christ Our Savior. Now’s the Time to ask the Lord to come into your life.
Please… if you don’t know Christ or have fallen away, it’s time to make it right. It’s time to pray. Tell God you believe His Son Jesus paid for your sins and rose again. Tell God you are sorry and want to start living for Him. He will forgive your sins and mistakes and give you Everlasting Life with Him… and place His Spirit deep within your heart. 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
Sorry for the rant, but I have always loved this country. In closing I want to wish everyone a Great 4th of July. Please join me in praying for our country, that we will turn back to God and the fundamentals that made this country Great!
