IS THERE LIFE AFTER DELIVERY? IS MOTHER EVEN REAL?

This week I would like to share a story that’s been around many years. The first time I heard this story was at a friends funeral. It really has a deep meaning; I hope you enjoy it. “Is There Life After Delivery? Is Mother Even Real?” Author unknown.

In a mother’s womb were two babies. One asked the other: “Do you believe in life after delivery?”

The other replied, “Why, of course. There has to be something after delivery. Maybe we are here to prepare ourselves for what we will be later.”

“Nonsense,” said the first. “There is no life after delivery. What kind of life would that be?”

The second said, “I don’t know, but there will be more light than here. Maybe we will walk with our legs and eat from our mouths. Maybe we will have other senses that we can’t understand now.”

The first replied, “That is absurd. Walking is impossible. And eating with our mouths? Ridiculous! The umbilical cord supplies nutrition and everything we need. But the umbilical cord is so short. Life after delivery is to be logically excluded.”

The second insisted, “Well I think there is something, and maybe it’s different than it is here. Maybe we won’t need this physical cord anymore.”

The first replied, “Nonsense. And moreover, if there is life, then why has no one ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life, and in the after-delivery, there is nothing but darkness and silence and oblivion. It takes us nowhere.”

“Well, I don’t know,” said the second, “but certainly we will meet Mother and she will take care of us.”

The first replied “Mother? You actually believe in Mother? That’s laughable. If Mother exists, then where is She now?”

The second said, “She is all around us. We are surrounded by her. We are of Her. It is in Her that we live. Without Her, this world would not and could not exist.”

Said the first: “Well I don’t see Her, so it is only logical that She doesn’t exist.”

To which the second replied, “Sometimes, when you’re in silence and you focus and listen, you can perceive Her presence, and you can hear Her loving voice, calling down from above.”

Author unknown.

Maybe this is one of the best illustrations of the concept of GOD.
For those who think Life ends after this world…THINK AGAIN…
For those who think there is no God….. THINK AGAIN…

Is there life after delivery? We know today that there is life after delivery. We have experienced it and seen it; we know it exist. In this story the first baby only believes if he can see and experience it. There are so many people that has this life philosophy.  If I can’t see or experience it, I don’t believe it!

You have probably spoken to someone who has said this to you. There’s a couple of questions I ask them. Do you believe an atom exist? I never seen one, have you? Have you ever seen the wind? I have never seen the wind, have you?

The usual response is, science have shown us pictures of the atom, so I believe it exist. My reply, have you ever seen a picture of God or His Son Jesus?  So based on the logic that you believe the atom exist… Then God must exist.

What about the wind?  I have never seen a picture of the wind, have you? Their typical response would be, I have seen the wind blowing a flag or through the trees. I can feel it blowing on my face. My reply is, so, based on what you have seen, you believe the wind exist. Yet you have never really seen the wind, but only the effects of the wind. The movement of the trees and flags. I know God exist, not because I can see Him, but because I feel and see the effects He has on my life.

Just like the babies in the story, we question the existents of God and eternal life. Well, my friends, God does exist, and we will have eternal life. If you don’t believe that now, sooner or later you will believe it.

Where we will spend our forever life (eternity) is up to you. Your choice will be to spend eternity with God in Heaven of with Satan in Hell. It all depends on who you have a relationship with. Again, it’s your choice.

If you want to spend it in Heaven will God, it starts with a relationship with Him. So, how’s your relationship with God? He sent His Son Jesus to die for our sins so we can have a relationship with Him. It is through God’s grace and by our faith in His Son, we can enter into the kingdom of Heaven.

Maybe you have never had a relationship with God. Or maybe you have fallen away and need to renew your relationship with God and get the peace you once had. If so, please take the time now and pray…tomorrow maybe too late.

Tell God you believe His Son Jesus paid for your sins and arose from the grave. Tell God you are sorry and want to start Living for Him. He will forgive your sins and mistakes and give you Everlasting Life with Him… and place His Spirit deep within your heart. In 1 John 1:9 says, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” and in Romans 10:9 tells us, ”that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;“
